Information collected automatically

When you visit careup.ai, we automatically collect usage data including pages viewed, time spent, referring URLs, browser type, device type, and IP address. This is collected via cookies and Google Analytics.

Information we do not collect

We do not collect patient health records, clinical data, or any PHI (Protected Health Information) through this website. Our HMS product has separate data processing agreements for clinical data.

To respond to your enquiries

We use your name, email, and phone number to respond to demo requests, send the requested brochure, and follow up on your interest in careup.ai.

To send relevant communications

With your consent, we may send you product updates, healthcare technology insights, and information about careup.ai features. You can unsubscribe at any time.

We share data with trusted service providers who process it on our behalf: Amazon Web Services (cloud hosting and data storage), Microsoft 365 (email delivery of lead notifications), Google LLC (website analytics via Google Analytics), and Meta Platforms / WhatsApp (if you initiate a WhatsApp chat).

Legal requirements

We may disclose your information to comply with applicable law, enforce our Terms, or protect the rights, property, or safety of careup.ai, our users, or the public.

Where your data is stored

Website data and lead information is processed and stored on Amazon Web Services infrastructure. For Indian users, data is stored on AWS Mumbai / Hyderabad regions. For UAE and Saudi users, data may be processed on AWS infrastructure within or outside your country, subject to applicable data transfer rules.

International transfers

If you are located in the UAE or Saudi Arabia, your personal data may be transferred to and processed in India where our servers and team are based. We take appropriate safeguards to ensure such transfers comply with UAE PDPL and Saudi Arabia PDPL requirements.

How long we keep your data

We retain your contact information for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry and maintain a business relationship, or for a maximum of 3 years from your last interaction with us, whichever is earlier. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics default retention settings (26 months). You may request deletion at any time.

Rights available to all users

Regardless of your location, you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; withdraw consent at any time; and lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

India (DPDP Act 2023)

As an Indian data principal, you have the right to access, correct, and erase your personal data, and to nominate a representative. Grievances may be raised with our Data Protection Officer at privacy@careup.ai or with the Data Protection Board of India.

UAE (Federal Decree-Law No. 45/2021 — PDPL)

UAE residents have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of their personal data. You may also object to processing or request restriction of processing.

Saudi Arabia (PDPL)

Saudi residents have the right to be informed about data collection, to access their data, to request correction or deletion, and to withdraw consent. Requests may be submitted to privacy@careup.ai.

careup.ai is a B2B healthcare software platform intended for hospital administrators, clinical staff, and healthcare professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 18 years of age. If you believe a minor has submitted data to us, please contact privacy@careup.ai.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the 'Last updated' date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
